Valleys to Coast take on PanConnect Customer SSP & App

Valleys to Coast will be implementing the PanConnect Customer Self Service Portal & App in the first quarter of 2019 to introduce their customers to a true self-service experience. Speaking about the project, Polly Thompson – Head of IT at Valleys to Coast says ‘The Self-Service portal and app will help us engage more with our tenants and introducing the repairs diagnostics tool will drive down call volumes and encourage our tenants to use self help before reporting small end repairs.
