Valleys to Coast will be implementing the PanConnect Customer Self Service Portal & App in the first quarter of 2019 to introduce their customers to a true self-service experience. Speaking about the project, Polly Thompson – Head of IT at Valleys to Coast says ‘The Self-Service portal and app will help us engage more with our tenants and introducing the repairs diagnostics tool will drive down call volumes and encourage our tenants to use self help before reporting small end repairs. Based in Swansea, Family Housing Wales have started their implementation of our self service portal and app. Available in English and Welsh, the portal will give Family’s tenants and users the ability to view and amend their own information and report issues such as repairs and ASB. Available 24/7, 365 days a year, it gives users a true self service experience, while still providing a personal service. Family have joined our fast growing customer base and we look forward to doing a lot more with them in the future.

Tai Ceredigion have been using PanConnect Self-Service Portal and App for over 12 months. After a successful roll out and a growing relationship we are proud to be delivering PanConnect Mobile to the organisation as part of its Digital Strategy. The roll out will see improvements to neighbourhood services aiding staff to fulfil their roles, deliver an improved service to its customers and maintain the excellent standards already set by the business.

1st Feb saw Housing Insight hold their annual user conference. The day brought together all our current PanConnect users to see our plans for the future and have their input into those plans. Discussions were held around new developments as well as improvements to the current suite. We are grateful to all those that attended and are looking forward to working in partnership with each and everyone of them.
