Family Housing Wales take on PanConnect Self Service Portal & App

Based in Swansea, Family Housing Wales have started their implementation of our self service portal and app. Available in English and Welsh, the portal will give Family’s tenants and users the ability to view and amend their own information and report issues such as repairs and ASB. Available 24/7, 365 days a year, it gives users a true self service experience, while still providing a personal service. Family have joined our fast growing customer base and we look forward to doing a lot more with them in the future.
